Assay Services
ACD offers a wide range of assay services for your biomarker validation and companion diagnostic development, utilizing our breakthrough RNAscope technology. Results are usually available in one to three weeks after receipt of specimens. By tapping into our world-leading assay development expertise, you will have the highest confidence in your results.
Our service requires a minimum of 3 slides per tissue sample, prepared according to our Specimen Requirement Guidelines. Please see Product Support or email support@acdbio.com for more information on how to properly prepare specimens for use with RNAscope. ACD will run the RNAscope assay with your target along with positive and negative controls. If the controls perfom suboptimally due to non-standard tissue fixation conditions, ACD will attempt assay optimization according to the Tissue Specimen Evaluation procedure, which may require up to 4 additional slides. Typical service projects take from 1-3 weeks, depending on whether assay optimization is required.
