2-Plex Target Probe Sets can be ordered for virtually any pair of genes!

Our patented RNAscope technology and proprietary probe design methodology ensure universal assay conditions for every gene, enabling simultaneous multiplex detection of virtually any target RNA gene combination in situ.

Each RNAscope 2-Plex FFPE Reagent Kit includes all of the necessary assay reagents for chromogenic in situ hybridization (except target probes), including: Pretreatment Kit, Detection Kit and Wash Buffer.

The HybEZ Hybridization System is recommended for routine performance of all single-plex and multiplex RNAscope FFPE Assays. All of our Manual RNAscope FFPE assays are specifically developed and validated using the HybEZ System.  Optimal performance of Manual RNAscope Assays for in situ hybridization can only be guaranteed when using the HybEZ.

• Each unit provides enough RNAscope in situ hybridization reagents for staining 20 slides.
• Each RNAscope FFPE Reagent kit includes all of the necessary assay reagents and wash buffers to perform manual in situ hybridization using the HybEZ oven, except Target Probe.
• RNAscope 2-Plex FFPE Target Probes must be ordered separately, and a probe set-up fee is required for all 2-Plex Target Probe orders.
• The set-up fee for 2-Plex Target Probe will be waived FOR RE-ORDERS ONLY.
• Target Probe Search is for single-plex ONLY.
