RNAscope® Multiplex Reagent Kits

ACD's patented RNAscope technology and proprietary probe design methodology ensure universal assay conditions for every gene, enabling simultaneous multiplex detection of virtually any target RNA gene combination in situ.

Each RNAscope Multiplex Reagent Kit includes all of the necessary assay reagents for chromogenic in situ hybridization (except target probes), including: Pretreatment Kit, Detection Kit and Wash Buffer.

Each assay provides the same exceptional sensitivity as our single-plex assays, allowing single-molecule detection of multiple RNA targets simultaneously, and are ideal for co-localization studies of any expressed gene set in nearly any tissue type.

RNAscope 2-Plex Chromogenic Assays Feature:

  • Simultaneous single-molecule RNA detection of 2 target genes
  • Visualize the relative localization of both target genes
  • Exceptional sensitivity and specificity for both target genes
  • Easy IHC-like workflow with ready-to-use reagents
  • Applicable to FFPE or Fresh Frozen tissues

RNAscope Multiplex Fluorescent Assays Feature:

  • Simultaneous single-molecule RNA detection of up to 4 target genes
  • Visualize the relative localization of all target genes
  • Exceptional sensitivity and specificity for each target gene
  • Simple, robust, 6-hour manual assay
  • 2-plex or 3-plex off-the-shelf kits (DAPI, RITC, FITC, Cy5)
  • 4-plex custom kits (DAPI, RITC, FITC, Cy5, infra-red)
  • Mix-and-match probe-fluorophore combinations
  • Fully optimized protocol for Fresh Frozen tissue

HybEZ

The HybEZ Hybridization System is recommended for routine performance of all single-plex and multiplex RNAscope FFPE Assays. All of our Manual RNAscope FFPE assays are specifically developed and validated using the HybEZ System.  Optimal performance of Manual RNAscope Assays for in situ hybridization can only be guaranteed when using the HybEZ.
