We are confident in the robust performance of RNAscope.  We guarantee that RNAscope will work for any expressed gene provided the following experimental criteria are met:

 

• The assay is performed according to our recommended protocol as described in the RNAscope User's Manual.
• The tissue samples are prepared according to our recommended tissue specimens requirements.
• The presence of the target RNA can be confirmed by an independent assay, such as RT-PCR.

 

If these criteria are met, we guarantee that RNAscope will detect RNA in the samples.  If you are not successful with the assay, we will work with you to establish the performance of RNAscope or we will give you your money back.
