1. Choose your gene(s) of interest
2. Select a manual system and reagents, or automated reagent kits
3. Choose the appropriate control probes for low or high expressing genes

RNAscope FFPE Reagent Kits >> One assay for virtually ANY gene!

Our easy assay format uses common reagents and protocols to provide universal assay conditions for different target genes. All kits contain reagents in a convenient ready-to-use (RTU) format. RNAscope FFPE Reagent Kits are available in both manual and automated assay formats, giving you the flexibility you need for your clinical study design and size.

Manual Assays >> RNAscope 1.0 and 2.0 FFPE Reagent Kits

RNAscope 1.0 or 2.0 FFPE Reagent Kits are designed for use with the HybEZ oven to provide the best manual assay performance with RNAscope.  Each kit includes all of the necessary assay reagents for in situ hybridization (except target probe) and contains reagents in a convenient ready-to-use (RTU) format for staining 20 slides.

Automated Assays >> RNAscope XT FFPE Reagent Kits

RNAscope XT FFPE Reagent Kits are designed for use with the VENTANA DISCOVERY ULTRA and DISCOVERY XT automated systems.  Our reagent kits provide enough RNAscope hybridization reagents for staining 60 slides together with DISCOVERY bulk wash and detection reagents, offered by Ventana.

ACD provides Positive and Negative Control probes that are designed to work with RNAscope FFPE Reagent Kits to provide appropriate experimental controls for in situ hybridization.  We recommend using both positive and negative control probes to guarantee reliable results.
